1. Services Refund Policy
1.1 Cancellation Before Service Delivery
If you need to cancel a scheduled styling service, our refund policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made 48+ hours before the scheduled appointment: Full refund of the service fee
- Cancellations made 24-48 hours before the scheduled appointment: 75% refund of the service fee
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment: 50% refund of the service fee
- No-shows or cancellations after the scheduled start time: No refund
1.2 Rescheduling Appointments
If you need to reschedule a styling service appointment:
- Rescheduling requests made 24+ hours before the scheduled appointment: No fee for the first reschedule; subsequent reschedules may incur a £25 administrative fee
- Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment: 25% of the service fee will be charged as a rescheduling fee
The rescheduled appointment must take place within 30 days of the original appointment date.
1.3 Dissatisfaction with Services
We strive to provide the highest quality styling services. If you are dissatisfied with the service you received:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of the service completion
- Provide specific details about why the service did not meet your expectations
- We will review your concerns and may offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:
- A follow-up appointment to address specific concerns (at no additional cost)
- A partial refund based on the nature of the issue
- A full refund in cases where we were unable to deliver the promised service
- Credit toward future services
1.4 Virtual Styling Services
For virtual styling consultations and services:
- Technical issues on our end that prevent service delivery will result in a full refund or rescheduled appointment at your preference
- Technical issues on your end that prevent service delivery will be handled on a case-by-case basis, with reasonable efforts to reschedule
- If you are unable to attend the virtual session, our standard cancellation policy applies
2. Package and Subscription Refunds
2.1 Styling Packages
For multi-session styling packages:
- Cancellation before using any sessions: Full refund minus a £50 administrative fee
- Cancellation after using some sessions: Prorated refund for unused sessions at the individual session rate (not the discounted package rate), minus a £50 administrative fee
- No refunds are available for packages after 3 months from the purchase date or if more than 50% of the package sessions have been used, whichever comes first
2.2 Subscription Services
For recurring subscription styling services:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer service team
- Cancellations processed before your next billing date will prevent future charges, but no refund will be issued for the current billing period
- Unused services in the current billing period will remain available until the end of that period
3. Product Refunds
3.1 Digital Products
For e-books, style guides, and other digital products:
- Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the digital product has been delivered or access has been provided
- If you have not downloaded or accessed the digital product, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase
- If the digital product is defective or not as described, you may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase
3.2 Physical Products
For styling tools, merchandise, or other physical products:
- Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if in original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or was shipped in error
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective
- Refunds for returned products will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item
3.3 Gift Cards
Gift cards and gift certificates:
- Are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Expire 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified
- Cannot be used to purchase other gift cards
